Dispatch Service Agreement Summary:

By signing up with TrueAmerican Hotshot Dispatch, I agree to the following: (1) I am an independent owner-operator and not an employee of TrueAmerican Hotshot Dispatch. (2) I authorize TrueAmerican Hotshot Dispatch to find and book loads on my behalf. (3) Dispatch fees are due per load/week as agreed. The new driver promotional rate of 50% off applies to the first week only with code TRUESTART. (4) I agree to maintain active insurance, a valid authority, and up-to-date documents at all times. (5) I understand that TrueAmerican Hotshot Dispatch reserves the right to terminate the dispatch relationship with notice. (6) All personal and business information submitted is accurate and truthful. (7) I consent to TrueAmerican Hotshot Dispatch contacting me via phone, email, or text regarding dispatching opportunities and account matters. (8) This agreement does not constitute employment and I remain responsible for my own taxes, fuel, maintenance, and operating costs.
